In response to the Commission's question regarding outside display or storage of <br /> <br />goods, materials, services or vehicles, Mr. Senzee said that would not apply to the patio area. <br /> <br />Mr, Senzee explained if the Commission included the new landscape plan in their approval of SPR 08-14, <br /> <br />condition number 1 could be eliminated from the conditions of approval because the applicant has addressed the <br /> <br />landscape issues. <br /> <br />In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Senzee said that the canopy would be required to meet the <br /> <br />minimum wind load requirements. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked for a motion to address SPR 08-14. Mr. Henson recommended approval of SPR 08- <br /> <br />14 based on the staff report dated August 21, 2008 to the Planning and Zoning Commission from Mr. Senzee and <br /> <br />deleting condition no. 1 based on the approval of the new landscape plan that was provided to the Commission at the <br /> <br />meeting.
