CDM

Scope of Work

Subtask 1.3 - Cafe Area Re-Design
The ENGINEER will re-design the cafe area so that it is shifted to the northeast corner
of City Hall. This will include sidewalk modifications, landscape screening for the
chiller, and inclusion of additional landscape species.

Subtask 1.4 - Shower Installation Design
The ENGINEER will coordinate with the CITY's preferred vendor to design for the
installation of a shower (required by state law for the interactive fountain). The
ENGINEER will design for the associated piping near the cafe area described in
Subtask 1.3.

Task 2 - Civil Design

Subtask 2.1 - Stormwater Pond Reuse COllnections
The ENGINEER will design the connections between the irrigation line coming from
the stormwater pond on Triplet Lake Drive and the existing 4-inch reclaim main. The
design will show necessary appurtenances (Le., backflow preventers) as well as
existing reclaimed water mains.

Task 3 - Electrical
Subtask 3.1 - Landscape Lighting
The ENGINEER will provide design for landscape lighting throughout the park. This
will be separate from the acorn lights to be placed by Progress Energy. Path lighting
(separate from Progress Energy) will be provided on the sidewalk connection to the
Art House (HHI) and the boardwalk (CDM). The ENGINEER will use Tahoe 501
(Circular Outward Light Pattern Tahoe Bollards), 24-inch as recommended by the
CITY for path and area lighting. The CITY will provide AutoCAD files from Progress
Energy for acorn light locations that the ENGINEER will incorporate into the design
drawings.

Subtask 3.2 - Wiring for Stage and Soulld System
The ENGINEER will design pull boxes, conduit and wiring for power to the stage
based on electrical loading information provided by the CITY's electrical contractor
(Le., Teer Engineering). The ENGINEER will also design pull boxes and conduit to
speaker locations as per the CITY's electrical contractor's recommendations.

Subtask 3.3 - Photometric Plan/Boardwalk Lighting
The ENGINEER will prepare a photometric plan for the park that is consistent with
the CITY's Code of Ordinances. Preparation of such a plan will also satisfy the SI.
Johns River Water Management District's (SJRWMD) comment in the Request for
Additional Information (RAI) dated July 15, 2008. Additionally, the ENGINEER will
incorporate timers into the lighting design for the boardwalk.

Subtask 3.4 - Relocation of Aeration & Fountain Equipment
The ENGINEER will relocate the aeration equipment currently located at the
northeast corner of the existing detention pond to the north end of the Art House.
The relocation of this equipment will be noted on both the demolition plan and the
electrical plans. In the 90 percent design drawings, the ENGINEER had previously

S:\OOOO\8WMNB\CasselberrvlScope a~d BudgoelISOOPf,! _ 08Sep08doc~

2
