Public Works Director City of Casselberry 95 Triplet Lake Drive Casselberry, Florida 32707 Re: Request for Scope and fee for North Winter Park Drive Bridge at Gee Creek Dear Mr. Torres: HDR is pleased to submit this Scope of Services in response to your request for civil engineering services for the referenced project. The tasks outlined in this scope will document the services to be provided. For purposes of this agreement, the City of Casselberry will be referred to as the Client, HDR will be referred to as the Consultant, and design, plans preparation and post design services for the emergency restoration of the approach to the North Winter Park Drive Bridge at Gee Creek and the slope stabilization of Gee Creek upstream and downstream of the bridge shall be referred to as the Project. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services is divided into five (5) tasks as follows: . Task 1.0: Data Collection and Project Management . Task 2.0: Design and Plans Preparation . Task 3.0: Permitting . Task 4.0: Post Design Services . Task 5.0: Additional Services Task 1.0: Data Collection and Project Management Survey Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation has provided a survey file that was used for the design of the Winter Park Drive Extension near Gee Creek. For the purposes of preparing the plans for this emergency project, the survey provided by Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation will be used. No additional survey will be obtained for this project. Geotechnical Data Conduct a sub-surface soil investigation as necessary for the project design. The geotechnical engineering scope of services is included as Attachment A. Data Collectioll, Site Visit & Meeting Review available plans and utility information provided by the City of Casselberry.
