Ms. Reischmann has served as the City Attorney since 2001. <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City Attorney are budgeted in the Fiscal Year 2008 - 2009 Operating Budget <br />Account No. 001-0140-514.31.01. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommends approval to accept the City Attorney's rate of $150 per <br />hour through October 1, 2009. <br />C. Resolution 08-1924 - Annual Local Improvement Assessment for the Construction <br />and Maintenance of the Summerset North Subdivision Wall <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT ROLES FOR THE SUMMERSET NORTH <br />ASSESSMENT AREA ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 04-1137; <br />ESTABLISHING THE LIENS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH; DIRECTING THAT THE <br />ASSESSMENT ROLLS BE CERTIFIED TO THE SEMINOLE COUNTY TAX <br />COLLECTOR; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 08-1924 provides the annual local improvement assessment rolls for the <br />construction and maintenance costs associated with the SummersetNorth subdivision wall. The construction <br />of the Summerset North subdivision wall was accomplished through a special non -ad valorem tax assessment <br />that was implemented with the 2004 property tax roll. A second assessment for maintenance of the wall was <br />implemented with the 2005 property tax roll. <br />
