<br />mailing written notice, postage prepaid, to Casselberry Little League, P.O. Box 181762, <br />Casselberry, Florida 32718-1726. <br />8. Special Provisions. <br />City to Provide: <br />a. Operation of the sprinkler system Monday through Friday. <br />b. Mowing twice per week with a reel mower on the Bermuda. <br />c. Repairs and maintenance of facilities. <br />d. Provide restrooms during normal use. <br />e. Provide meeting rooms at such facilities as shall be approved by the City for <br />training and registration when requested and properly schedulcd. <br />f. Provide overhead lighting and electrical system in good working condition. <br />g. Provide fertilization and pest control for all fields. <br />Youth Organization to Provide: <br />a. Monday to Saturday field maintenance to include preparation of clay area and <br />lining of fields. <br />b. Provide one-half the cost, as determined by the City, for the clay and <br />conditioner provided at Wirz Park and Secret Lake Park. <br />c. Provide adequate labor to the City for the following ball field maintenance <br />items of facilities: to replace sod, spread clay, and conditioner, weeding and <br />trimming of areas on ball fields, painting of dugouts, repair irrigation lines, <br />remove graffiti, remove gum, remove trash and dcbris and any other <br />maintenance items deemed and determined necessary, and scheduled by the <br />City. <br />d. Obtain any necessary perrnit prior to placing on-site or off-site signs within the <br />City. <br />e. Provide approved home plate and bases at the expense of the Youth <br />Organization. <br />f. Lining and painting of the fields will be the sole responsibility of the Youth <br />Organizations including but not limited to the expense of chalk or spray paint <br />materials, paint lining machine and labor to line the fields. <br />g. Pick up each day litter left after play. <br /> <br />4 <br />
