<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutel of July 14, 2008 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 3 of 14 <br /> <br />C. Deoartmental Presentation - Transoortation Proiects Uodate <br /> <br />Mr. Ed Torres, Public Works Director, gave a presentation regarding various transportation projects. The <br />presentation was rescheduled to the July 14,2008 meeting from the June 23, 2008 special joint meeting with <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency. A copy of the presentation Is attached to and made a part of <br />these mlnntes. <br /> <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Goff announced that persons who wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals requested to <br />be recognized and came forward: <br /> <br />1) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, noted it was recently reported that the lead <br />content in the City's water is well below the federal regulation allowances, and felt that <br />there was no longer a need to add phosphorous to the water supply, or that the amount of <br />phosphorous added could be reduced. Mr. Casselberry stated he found the Casselberry 360 <br />presentation interesting and thought it should be presented to the other cities. <br /> <br />2) Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, stated a reference was previously made at a City <br />Commission meeting that new ordinance changes increased values in property, and <br />requested that verification of those statements be presented possibly at the next meeting <br />where it can be demonstrated that it was a real value issue. <br /> <br />No one else requested to be recognized during Citizen Comments. <br /> <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />A.
