CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutel of July 14, 2008 - Regular Meeting Page 3 of 14 C. Deoartmental Presentation - Transoortation Proiects Uodate Mr. Ed Torres, Public Works Director, gave a presentation regarding various transportation projects. The presentation was rescheduled to the July 14,2008 meeting from the June 23, 2008 special joint meeting with the Community Redevelopment Agency. A copy of the presentation Is attached to and made a part of these mlnntes. 7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS Mayor Goff announced that persons who wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individuals requested to be recognized and came forward: 1) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, noted it was recently reported that the lead content in the City's water is well below the federal regulation allowances, and felt that there was no longer a need to add phosphorous to the water supply, or that the amount of phosphorous added could be reduced. Mr. Casselberry stated he found the Casselberry 360 presentation interesting and thought it should be presented to the other cities. 2) Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, stated a reference was previously made at a City Commission meeting that new ordinance changes increased values in property, and requested that verification of those statements be presented possibly at the next meeting where it can be demonstrated that it was a real value issue. No one else requested to be recognized during Citizen Comments. 8. CONSENT AGENDA The following items were presented on the Consent Agenda: A.
