<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a public meeting on Monday, March 31, <br /> <br />2008, 9:00 a.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room in the Casselberry Police Station, 4195 South US Highway 17/92, <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Paul Daigle, Chairman <br />John Jones, Vice Chairman <br />David McGregor <br />Cynthia Campbell <br />Charlene Duprat <br />Alan Trueba <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />Gerald Paradise, Community Development Director <br />Barbara Lipscomb, City Manager <br />Matt Fortini, Administrative Services Director <br />Mark Gisclar, Assistant Public Works Director <br />Randy Newlon, Finance Director <br />Kelly Brock, City Engineer <br />Pamela Lynch, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mr. Daigle at 9:00 a.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br /> <br />The agenda order was modified. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of CRA Minutes of February 22, 2008. <br /> <br />Mr. Daigle asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes. Mr. Jones made a motion to approve the <br /> <br />February 22,2008 minutes. Ms. Duprat seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: Retreat Facilitation Funding - Glatting Jackson <br /> <br />Mr. Paradise said the cost of the informational binders for the Retreat would be funded by the Community <br /> <br />Development Department and the binders would be provided to the attendees prior to the Retreat. Mr. Paradise <br /> <br />said staff met with Glatting Jackson to discuss the facilitation of the CRA Retreat. He said Glatting Jackson will use <br /> <br />the scan, focus and act technique to facilitate the meeting. He said the scan portion of the meeting would include the <br />
