The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Mr. Paradise said a status report and potential schedule was distributed to the Board for the transporation concurrency exception area project (a copy is attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Daigle made a motion to approve the Kimley-Hom and Associates Inc. invoice. Mr. McGregor seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Tenth Item of Business: Old Business · Amended "Professional Real Estate Services" contract The Triece Company . March Meeting Date . Establish Date for CRA Retreat . Cost Sharing Amended "Professional Real Estate Services" contract The Triece Company Mr. Paradise said at the January 2008 eRA meeting a contract was provided for the Community Redevelopment Agency's review. He said the following revisions have been made to the contract 1. The contract states that the City and the CRA may utilize the services of The Triece Company. 2. A clause was added to state it is a non-exclusive contract. Mr. Paradise said that if any work was proposed for The Triece Company, a scope of services would be provided to the CRA to authorize any individual work under the contract. He said the contract sets the ground work to allow Mr. Triece to perform work for the City or CRA. Mr. Daigle made a motion to approve The Triece Company contract. Mr. Jones seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. March Meeting Date A discussion ensued regarding the March CRA meeting. It was decided that the next CRA meeting would tentatively be scheduled for March 14, 2008. In response to the Board's question, Mr. Paradise said that if there is nothing for the March meeting staff will advise the Chair regarding cancelling the March meeting. Establish Date for CRA Retreat
