No Building permit 1-4.3 David & Cod (owners) <br /> <br />Michele Code Enforccment , advised on <br />I 15/2007, Building Inspector, Bob Bieloh evaluated the site and found that the installed did not <br />pennits. Ms. Toole-Lawrence advised that there are other issues regarding this no Building pem1it notice as <br />well. A Notice of Code Violation was mailed, signed by Michele Toole-Lawrence and Bob Bieloh, to David <br />and Cori Pieski, the owners of945 Brydie COUlt. Bob Bieloh did a follO\v-up inspection with Ippolito, Fire <br />Marshal, with a finding noncompliance. Another Notice Codc was mailed, specifying only <br />this address is in violation no Building Pcnnit, because more than one issue was found on site. Ms Toole- <br />Lawrence stated that on 12/05/2007 when she followed up on the case she found that no Building pemlits had <br />been applied for, for any circumstances at this address. 00 12/10/2007 an Affidavit of Notice of Code Violation <br />and Request for Hearing was mailed via Cel1itied mail. <br /> <br />Ms. Toole-Lawrence entered into evidence, all Notices mailed to the homeowner, as well as all Building <br />Pennits submitted, both approved and denied by the City. Ms. Toole-Lawrence stated that Mr. and Mrs. Pieski <br />had applied for ao irrigation system; the City thinks there may have been a misunderstanding with this pennit, <br />as to what it was he was pennitted to do. The irrigation system was installed as well as in the comer of the <br />propel1y there is a pump to pump water from the lake. There is no problem with pumping the water from the <br />lake, but we do not have a pennit for the electlical connection to the pump. The homeowner needs to apply for a <br />pennit for the electrical connection to thc pump; the City willlikeIy waive the fee. <br /> <br />Jim Ruf, Deputy Police Chief, stated that homeowner will not have to apply for a pem1it; a pemlit <br />already exists the pump will be added to At the time of final inspection thc pump will be added to that <br />inspection without any fee imposed (the fee is nonnally $20.00). The irrigation system and electrical must pass <br />inspection, then the City will be ok with that. <br /> <br />Ms. Toole-Lawrence stated that the inspections have not yet been completed; the homeowner has until March to <br />complete the irrigation system; however a deadline needs to be set for the inspection. He \vas not quite sure <br />what that date was, however the pem1it has not expired. <br /> <br />Mr. Ruf stated the inspection must be no later than the end of the six month period that the homeowner has to <br />call for final inspection. <br /> <br />Ms. Toole-Lawrence stated that the homeowner has until into March. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br />
