<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />July 9,2008 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />vehicles. A general discussion ensued regarding the proposed floor plan of the new house. Mr. Kolar said that the <br /> <br />accessory structure would be for his personal use. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br /> <br />to, the request. Mr. Daniel Hale, Planning and Zoning Commission Alternate, 325 Southcot Drive, Casselberry, <br /> <br />Florida came forward to speak against the conditional use request. He felt it was an accessory structure in name <br /> <br />only. Mr. Hale also expressed a concern with the future development of the house. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Buchanan asked for a motion to address CU 08-06. Mr. Henson recommended <br /> <br />denial of CU 08-06 based on the staff report dated July 2, 2008 from Mr. Senzee to the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commission.
