Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. He said he was not <br /> <br />speaking for or against the request. Mr. Casselberry commented on the licensing of a display vehicle located inside the <br /> <br />building or in the front landscape area. He felt a display vehicle could be approved through the conditional use process. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan asked for a motion to address CU 08-09. Mr. Henson recommended approval of CU 08-09 based <br /> <br />on the staff report dated August 6, 2008 to the Planning and Zoning Commission from Mr. Senzee. Major site plan review for an office development <br />for the undeveloped parcel on Wilshire Boulevard. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated August 5, 2008, <br /> <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Ms. Smith said due to the fact that the proposed construction material is not compatible or harmonious with <br /> <br />the surrounding commercial development, staff cannot support the site plan request. Ms. Smith said if the Planning and <br /> <br />Zoning Commission chooses to approve SPR 08-08 for a Mini-Office Complex on Wilshire Boulevard the approval should <br /> <br />be based on the site plan dated July 2, 2008, the staff report dated August 5, 2008, the Commission's findings of fact and <br /> <br />conclusions, and the conditions outlined in the staff report which were: <br /> <br />1. The site plan approval is for office and retail uses only. <br />2. The site shall not be used for warehousing or vehicular or recreational equipment storage. <br />3. Each tenant space shall provide at least 51% retail or office space. Storage is ancillary to the use and may <br />not exceed 49% of the tenant space. <br />4. There shall be no outdoor display or storage of materials or goods. <br />5. There shall be no individual storage-only units. <br />6. The site plan shall be revised to: <br />a. Remove the reference on page 3 of 10 stating "20' x 19.5' covered spaces". <br />
