<br />RESOLUTION 96-969 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AUTHORIZING AN INTERLOCAL <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD ALLOWING FOR <br />THE EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY, DEFINED AS ATTACHMENTS "A" AND "B", <br />WITH THE CITY, PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's staff has reviewed the interlocal agreement and recommend its adoption, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Seminole County School Board and the City of Casselberry wish to exchange real property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property exchange is beneficial to both parties, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Seminole County School Board and the City of Casselberry have previously executed an interlocal <br />agreement to provide for mutual use of facilities, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION ONE. The City Commission hereby approves said interlocal agreement, attached as Exhibit "A", and <br />authorizes the Mayor to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION TWO. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in contlict with any of the provisions of this <br />Resolution are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION THREE. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to validate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other <br />Section or part of this Resolution. <br /> <br />SECTION FOUR. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THISdbl t:/, DAY OF /)/7 <br /> <br />.
