Departmental Presentation - Landscape Projects by Phyllis Wallace, Public Works <br />Department - Ms. Wallace highlighted the proposed, planned and completed landscaping <br />and hardscape improvements in Casselberry. The improvements discussed included: <br /> <br />1) Lake Improvements, i.e. Lake Concord, North Lake Triplet, Middle Lake Triplet <br />and Grassy Lake <br />2) Road Improvements, i.e. U.S. Hwy 17-92, intersection of 17-92 and Triplet Lake <br />Drive, S.R. 436, Red Bug Lake Road and Winter Park Drive Fly Over, Winter <br />Park Drive North Realignment Seminola Boulevarrd, North Triplet and Secret <br />Lake. <br /> <br />A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />C. Departmental Presentation - Power DMS (Electronic Filing) - Sgt. Mike Schaefer, <br />Police Department - The Document Management Software (DMS) is a we-base, <br />paperless system that manages and simplifies storage for policies, forms and training. <br />The system facilitates storage and facilitates and greatly enhances the efficiency of the <br />Police Department. The start up cost for the implementation of the project was funded by <br />a Bryne Grant; administrator and user fees are the responsibility of the City. <br /> <br />A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />7. Citizens' Comments <br /> <br />This is the time set aside for persons who wish to make comment or inquiry on any matter not on <br />the Agenda. If you wish to be heard during Public Hearings, you will be recognized at that time. <br /> <br />The following individual(s) came forward: <br /> <br />I. Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, Casselberry, Florida, suggested addressing underground utilities <br />with Progress Energy to enhance the landscape along roadways. <br /> <br />2) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, questioned the placement <br />of Item (B) Budget Amendments, on the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />8. Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />The following items are presented for approval on the Consent Agenda. There is no discussion <br />on individual items unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission <br />member and a single motion will approve all items. <br /> <br />A.
