The petition was signed by 35 residents. 2) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, addressed the Commission regarding a Code Enforcement Lien that was assessed on his property. He also recommended that the Board of Adjustment and the Code Enforcement Board be merged with the Planning and Zoning Commission. 3) Hank Lander, 445 Surry Run, Casselberry, Florida, 445 Surrey Run, Casselberry, Florida, addressed the Commission regarding restricting access to the lakes in the City of Casselberry. He suggested possibly imposing fees for public use of the lakes instead of closures. He also stated that the Commission should keep an open mind with respect to the Seminole County Matrix Study regarding fire services. 8. Consent Agenda The following items are presented for approval on the Consent Agenda. There is no discussion on individual items unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice and Minor Contract Report with Budget Amendment - $20,000 · June 2007 for Akerman Senterfitt - Labor Attorney - $7,279.83 · Office of the State Attorney, 4th Quarter Case Dispositions completed for City Ordinance Violations through June 30, 2007 · Contract with GLE Associates, Inc. - $14,395.00 - Architectural and Engineering Services and mold remediation work at Fire Station 25 B. Resolution 07-1808 - School Resource Officer Agreement with Seminole County School Board - The City and the School Board splits the cost for the Resource Officer. The Board will pay the City $26,425.00 in eight monthly payments of $3,303.19 commencing in October 2007. Salary plus benefits = $52,850.88 "A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, approving and authorizing the execution of an agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Seminole County School Board for the services of a School Resource Offlcer; providing for conflicts, severability and effective date."
