This
ordinance defines recreational equipment and provides appropriate parking locations on single-
family and multi-family properties. Parking must be off-site if they cannot meet these requirements.
· Section 3-1 0.9(A)(2)( c) -Three week Parking Permit - Defines temporary recreational
vehicle or trailer parking as three weeks or less; defines permanent trailer parking as
greater that three weeks and permit requires property owner authorization, proper
disposal of wastewater products, power to be accessed from residential property, not
allow use of a generator and an eleven month waiting period is required between permits.
Permit must be displayed.

Staff Recommendation: Approve Ordinance 07-1215 on first reading and set the final Public
Hearing for July 23,2007.

MOTION: Moved by Commissioner Colleen S.
