R. 1582 '1G 0150 <br /> <br />SECTION I I - CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION - None. <br /> <br />SECTION I II - REDEFINING LIMITS BY DECLARATION - That the corporate <br /> <br />limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and it is herewith re- <br /> <br />defined so as to include said tract of land herein described together <br /> <br />with the right-of-way of Belle Avenue located contiguous to and east of <br /> <br />the parcels described in Section 1 hereof; and further, together with <br /> <br />the right-of-way of Helen Street located contiguous to and west of the <br /> <br />parcels described in Section 1 hereofi and further together with all <br /> <br />streets, roads, highways, alleys, and avenues located within or between <br /> <br />the existing municipal limits and areas annexed herein. <br /> <br />SECTION IV - AMENDMENT OF OFFICIAL CITY MAP - That the City Clerk <br /> <br />be and she is hereby authorized to amend, alter, and supplement the <br /> <br />official City map of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to include the <br /> <br />annexation contained in Section <br /> <br />hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION V - SEVERABILITY - If any section or portion of a section <br /> <br />of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, <br /> <br />it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br /> <br />effect of any other section or part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION VI - ANNEXED AREA RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES - That upon <br /> <br />this ordinance becoming effective, the property owner in the above <br /> <br />described annexed area shall be entitled to all of the rights and <br /> <br />privileges and immunities as are from time to time determined by the <br /> <br />governing authority of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and the <br /> <br />provisions of the Charter of the City of Casselberry, Florida, in <br /> <br />accordance with Chapter 171.044, Laws of Florida, 1983. <br /> <br />SECTION VI I - EFFECTIVE DATE - This ordinance shall become <br /> <br />effective 10 days after its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />FIRST READING thi~7~day of <br /> <br />aU?'~~ <br /> <br />A.D., 1984. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND ADOPTION this 1f]:tL day of 4(QT4.fl-.-t.~ <br />. /' .
