<br />ORDINANCE NO. 506
<br />
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE
<br />LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AN
<br />AREA OF LAND SITUATE AND BEING IN SEMINOLE COUNTY,
<br />FLORIDA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
<br />SECTION 1 OF THIS ORDINANCE; DECLARING AVAIL-
<br />ABILITY OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES; DEFINING CONDITIONS
<br />OF ANNEXATION; REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
<br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO INCLUDE SAID PARCEL OF LAND IN
<br />THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING AMEND-
<br />MENT OF CITY MAP TO INCLUDE THE ANNEXATION HEREIN;
<br />PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES FOR CITIZEN-
<br />SHIP IN THE CITY; SEVERABILITY; AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
<br />
<br />Casselberry, Florida, a petition for annexation signed by the landowner
<br />
<br />of the area sought to be annexed consenting to and requesting the
<br />
<br />annexation of that parcel specifically described herein; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />
<br />theretofore at regular meeting of the City Council has approved the
<br />
<br />petition signed by the landowner of the area sought to be annexed,
<br />
<br />consenting to and requesting the annexation of said parcel and has
<br />
<br />considered thoroughly the feasibility of such annexation to the City
<br />
<br />of Casselberry, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 171.044, Laws of
<br />
<br />Florida, 1983; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, objections to such annexation have been considered and
<br />
<br />hearings held, and it appearing in the best interest of the City of
<br />
<br />Casselberry, Florida, to annex said property, subject to specific
<br />
<br />conditions and restrictions; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded from investigation that all
<br />
<br />available municipal services will be furnished to the area to be annexed
<br />
<br />on the effective date of this ordinance.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNC I L
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1 - ANNEXATION - That the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />
<br />does herewith and hereby annex a certain tract of land lying in Seminole
<br />
<br />County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot 10 and the South 1/2 of Lot 9, Block A,
<br />Johnson's Poultry Farms as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 6, Page 8, of the Public Records of Seminole
<br />County, Florida, together with streets, roads,
<br />highways, alleys, and avenues located within or
<br />between the existing municipal limits and areas
<br />annexed herein.
