FL. <br /> <br />SECTION III - CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION - None <br /> <br />SECTION IV - REDEFINING LIMITS BY DECLARATION - That the corpor- <br /> <br />ate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and it is herewith and <br /> <br />hereby redefined so as to include said tract of land herein described. The <br /> <br />description herein contained shall include all streets, roads, highways, <br /> <br />alleys and avenues located within or between the existing municipal limits <br /> <br />and areas annexed herein in Section I hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION V - AMENDMENT OF OFFICIAL CITY MAP - That the City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to amend, alter and supplement the official City map of <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, to include the annexation contained in <br /> <br />Section I hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION VI - SEVERABILITY - If any section or portion of a section <br /> <br />of this ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it <br /> <br />shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of <br /> <br />any other section or part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION VII - ANNEXED AREA RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES - That upon this <br /> <br />ordinance becoming effective, the property owner in the above described <br /> <br />annexed area shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and <br /> <br />immunities as are from time to time determined by the governing authority of <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, and the provisions of the Charter of the <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 171.044, Laws of <br /> <br />Florida, 1978. <br /> <br />SECTION VIII - EFFECTIVE DATE - This ordinance shall become effec- <br /> <br />tive thirty (30) days after passage and adoption. <br /> <br />0:> <br /> <br />= <br />"- <br />.a <br />N <br />'" <br /> <br />-r,' ) <br />this 30 ~ day of ')."l.6-'-~'" <br /> <br />~.
