<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />ANNEXING TO AND INCLUDING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AN AREA OF LAND
<br />SITUATE AND BEING IN SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND
<br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Lot 8,
<br />Block A, Johnson's Poultry Farm, as recorded in Plat
<br />Book 6, Page 8, Public Records of Seminole County,
<br />Florida; DECLARING AVAILABILITY OF MUNICIPAL SERVI-
<br />CES; DEFINING CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION; PROVIDING ZON-
<br />ING CLASSIFICATION; REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS
<br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO INCLUDE SAID PARCEL OF
<br />LAND IN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY; AUTHORIZ-
<br />ING AMENDMENT OF CITY MAP TO INCLUDE THE ANNEXATION
<br />HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES FOR
<br />CITIZENSHIP IN THE CITY; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY,
<br />CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
<br />
<br />Casselberry, Florida, a petition for annexation signed by the landowner of
<br />
<br />the area sought to be annexed consenting to and requesting the annexation and
<br />
<br />zoning of that parcel specifically described herein; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />
<br />theretofore at regular meeting of the City Council has approved the petition
<br />
<br />signed by the landowner of the area sought to be annexed, consenting to and
<br />
<br />requesting the annexation of said parcel and has considered thoroughly the
<br />
<br />feasibility of such annexation and zoning to the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />
<br />in accordance with Chapter 171.044, Laws of Florida, 1978; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, objections to such annexation and zoning have been con-
<br />
<br />sidered and hearings held, and it appearing in the best interest of the City
<br />
<br />of Casselberry, Florida, to annex and zone said property; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has
<br />
<br />concluded from investigation that all municipal services will be available
<br />
<br />to the area to be annexed on the effective date of this ordinance.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA:
<br />
<br />SECTION I - ANNEXATION AND ZONING - That the City of Casselberry,
<br />
<br />Florida, does herewith and hereby annex and designate zoning of a certain
<br />
<br />tract of land lying in Seminole County, Florida, and more particularly
<br />
<br />described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot 8, Block A, Johnson's Poultry Farm, as recorded
<br />in Plat Book 6, Page 8, Public Records of Seminole
<br />County, Florida.
<br />
<br />SECTION II - ZONING DESIGNATION - That the property described in
<br />
<br />Section I of this ordinance shall have the following zoning classification:
<br />M-I Manufacturing District
