<br />That the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized to
<br />
<br />amend, alter, and supplement the official City Map of the
<br />
<br />City of Casselberry, Florida, to include the annexation
<br />
<br />contained in Section I hereof.
<br />
<br />SECTION VI - SEVERABILITY - If any section or
<br />
<br />portion of a section of this ordinance proves to be invalid,
<br />
<br />unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to
<br />
<br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of
<br />
<br />any other section or part of this ordinance.
<br />
<br />SECTION VII - ANNEXED AREA RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES -
<br />
<br />That upon this ordinance becoming effective, the residents
<br />
<br />and property owners in the above described annexed area
<br />
<br />shall be entitled to all of the rights and privileges and
<br />
<br />immunities as are from time to time determined by the govern-
<br />
<br />ing authority of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and
<br />
<br />the provisions of the Charter of the City of Casselberry,
<br />
<br />Florida, Chapter 65-1351, Laws of Florida, 1965, Chapter
<br />
<br />69-926, Laws of Florida, 1969, Chapter 69-927, Laws of
<br />
<br />Florida, 1969, and House Bill 3385, Laws of Florida, 1972,
<br />
<br />all as amended.
<br />
<br />SECTION VIII - EFFECTIVE DATE - This ordinance
<br />
<br />shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
<br />
<br />adoption.
<br />
