<br />959 <br /> <br />1878 <br /> <br />800~ PAGE <br />SEHINO..t COUNTY <br />fLORID," <br /> <br />WHEREAS, objections to such annexation have been <br /> <br />considered and hearings held, and it appearing in the best <br /> <br />interest of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to annex <br /> <br />said property, subject to specific conditions and restrictions; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has concluded from <br /> <br />investigation that all municipal services will be available <br /> <br />to the area to be annexed on the effective date of this <br /> <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br /> <br />SECTION I - ANNEXATION AND ZONING - That the <br /> <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, does herewith and hereby <br /> <br />annex and designate zoning of a certain tract of land lying <br /> <br />in Seminole County, Florida, and more particularly described <br /> <br />as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block B of <br />Johnson's Poultry Farm, according to the <br />Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, <br />Page 8, Public Records of Seminole County, <br />Florida. <br /> <br />SECTION II - ZONING DESIGNATION - That the property <br /> <br />described in Section I of this ordinance shall have the <br /> <br />zoning classification of LAl as that classification is <br /> <br />described in the zoning ordinance of the City of Casselberry, <br /> <br />Florida, on the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION III - CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION - None. <br /> <br />SECTION IV - REDEFINING LIMITS BY DECLARATION - <br /> <br />That the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, <br /> <br />be and it is herewith and hereby redefined so as to include <br /> <br />said tract of land herein described. The description herein <br /> <br />contained shall include all streets, roads, highways, alleys, <br /> <br />and avenues located within or between the existing municipal <br /> <br />limits and the areas annexed herein in Section I hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION V - AMENDMENT OF OFFICIAL CITY MAP - <br /> <br />-2- <br />
