<br />Commission shall organize itself for the purpose of <br />transacting any and all necessary business of the City. <br />(Amendment adopted by electorate, December 6, 1983; <br />amendment adopted by electorate, September 2, 1986.) <br /> <br />SECTION <br /> <br />IV. That Article VII, Section 31, Time and Place of city <br /> <br />Election, of the Charter of the city of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />S 31 TIME AND PLACE OF CITY ELECTION. <br /> <br />Beginning with the City election in 1992, election of <br />public officers shall be held on the first Tuesday in <br />October. Such election shall be known as the City <br />election of the City of Casselberry, Florida, within the <br />City for all purposes. Voting places shall be determined <br />by the City Commission at either a regular or special <br />meeting. (Sp. Laws 1967, Ch. 67-1l92, S 3.) (Amendment <br />adopted by electorate, December 6, 1983.) <br /> <br />The question of the approval of amendments to <br /> <br />SECTION V. REFERENDUM. <br /> <br />the Charter of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as provided in this <br /> <br />Ordinance shall be individually submitted to a vote of the electors of the <br /> <br />City at a referendum to be held in the City of Casselberry on November 5, <br /> <br />1991. <br /> <br />SECTION VI. FORM OF BALLOT. The form of the ballot shall be in clear, <br /> <br />concise statements describing the substance of the amendments to the Charter <br /> <br />without argument or prejudice. <br /> <br />The ballot questions to be used in the <br /> <br />referendum election shall be substantially in the following form: <br /> <br />PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />SHALL THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY CHARTER OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, AS SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NO. 712, <br />PROVIDING THAT THE CITY COMMISSIONERS ELECTED ON NOVEMBER <br /> <br />-4- <br />
