<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May I, 2000 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 5 of 16 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br />Commissioner Sheppard - Yes; Commissioner Henson - Yes; Vice Mayor Clark - Yes; Mayor <br />Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 4 - O. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE P ARTICIP A TION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any <br />agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />I) Ronald McNurlan, 361 Diane Court, requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda <br />item (5), First Reading of Ordinance 00-987. <br /> <br />2) Matt Horan, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., stated he was <br />representing Kane's Furniture, and requested an opportunity to address Regular Agenda item <br />(4), First Reading of Ordinance 00-986. <br /> <br />3) Howard Phillips, (did not disclose address) requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda item (3), First Reading of 00-982. <br /> <br />4) Tom Holt, 60 I East Ridgwood Street, Altamonte Springs, voiced concerns regarding the <br />City's Public Works Department requiring him to install a 500 gallon grease trap in his <br />sandwich shop that he was opening up in the Oxford Square Shopping Center. Mr. Holt <br />stated he was informed of the requirement after his plans had been approved by the <br />Community Development Department and after he was approved on his rough-in plumbing <br />inspection. Mr. Holt stated his sandwich shop would not have a stove or be grilling anything <br />and stated he had submitted to the Water Resource Manager specifications for a 50 gallon <br />grease trap and a letter stating how he would dispose of the grease. He requested the City <br />Commission to address the matter of reducing the size of grease trap required for his <br />business. The Mayor requested the City Manager to look into the matter. <br /> <br />5) Sherry Fragamenti, 4225 Stonewall Drive (unknown city), requested an opportunity to <br />address Regular Agenda item (5), First Reading of Ordinance 00-987. <br /> <br />6) Ralph Burt, 1081 North Lake Sylvia Drive, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda item (3), First Reading of Ordinance 00-982. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed Audience Participation. <br />
