Mayor <br />Pronovost also requested that an addendum containing invoices for Foley & Lardner and Lyon Kirwin be <br />added to the Special Invoice Report for consideration. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Henson moved to add the Excuse of <br />Absence for Commissioner Hart to the Consent <br />Agenda as item (d); and to include invoices from <br />Foley & Lardner and Lyon Kirwin as part of tbe <br />Special Invoice Report, item (1) of the Regular <br />Agenda. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Clark. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />I. SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 00-984 - FIRE HYDRANT/LINES FEE <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to read Ordinance 00-984 <br />by title only. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Henson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 00-984 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />SECTION 86-188 FIRE PROTECTION FEE TO PROVIDE FOR A MECHANISM FOR <br />LIMITED UTILITY SERVICE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />The Notice of Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 00-984 was published in the Orlando Sentinel on Sunday, <br />April 23, 2000. Ordinance 00-984 was passed on first reading by the City Commission on April 3, 2000. <br /> <br />Mr. Segreto stated Ordinance 00-984 provides clarification for the different fire protection line sizes and fees <br />for utility billing purposes. Staff recommended approval of Ordinance 00-984. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for or against <br />Ordinance 00-984. No one came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve and adopt <br />Ordinance 00-984 on second and final reading. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Henson. <br />Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />
