Development, Inc., I] 04 Stetson Street, Orlando, requested an <br />opportunity to address Regular Agenda item (2), Appeal of Site Plan Approval- Carmel By <br />The Lake. <br /> <br />4) Don Bendell, 300 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda item (3), Resolution 00-1239. <br /> <br />5) Stacey Hillman, 508 Zinnia Drive, presented Mayor Pronovost with a certificate of <br />appreciation for his participation at a charity function at Baskin Robbins at which the Mayor <br />sponsored Ms. Hillman's charity, Pennies to Protect Police Dogs. Pennies to Protect Police <br />Dogs buys bullet proof vests for police dogs. Ms. Hillman stated she received a check for <br />$500 from Baskin Robbins due to the Mayor's efforts which enabled her to buy her ninth <br />bullet proof vest. <br /> <br />No one else came forward.
