<br />CITY COMMISSION <br />February 10, 1995 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />SECTION V. Section 94-02 of the CasseIbeny City Code shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Any person violaling any provision of this Chapter shall be punished as provided in <br />Section 1-13, or may have his boat registration revoked for a period not exceedins <br />one year, or both. Violations of Sections 94-40 and 94-43 will be subject to <br />penalties as provided by F.S. 327.72, 327.73 and 327.74. <br /> <br />SECTION VI. rnil;ficAtinn. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselbeny, Florida, <br />and it is hereby 0Idained that the provisions of the Ordinance shall become and be made put of the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of Casselbeny, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to lICCOIIlplish <br />such intention; that the word, "Ordinance", may be changed to .Section", "Article", or other appropriate word. <br /> <br />SECllON VB. rnnflkt. All Onlinance or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this <br />Onlinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION vm. SAVArAhmty, H any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful, or WJCOnstitutional, it sball not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section <br />or put of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Mr. Henson moved, Mr. McMullen seconded, and motion carried to <br />approve Ordinance 95-820, Lakes Watercrafts Procedures <br />Modifications, on first reading, as amended. <br /> <br />4) SF.NTOR ('fTTZRN~ AnVISORY HOARn VAC'ANC'Y <br /> <br />The Senior Citizens Advisory Board unanimously recommended to appoint Lucien Parent to a non-resident <br />board seat at their January 14, 1995 meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Mr. Henson moved, Mr. McMullen seconded, and motion carried <br />unanimously to appoint Lucien Parent, to the Senior Citizens Advisory <br />Board, term effective to January, 1997, as recommended by the SenIor <br />Citizens Advisory Board on February 14, 1995. <br /> <br />5) C'OMMTSC;:YON/STAFF RFPORT~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Sheppard: <br /> <br />Questioned whether the Iron Bridge penalties were assessed on overages for monthly averages <br />or daily flows. Mr. Schluckebier reported the penalties are assessed for each daily flow <br />overage violation. <br /> <br />Commissioner Henson: <br /> <br />No report. <br />
