CONSRNT AC~RNnA MOTION: Mr. Sheppard moved, Mr. Henson seconded, and motion carried unanimously to add the Excuse of Absence for Vice Mayor Carl Robertson as ilent C on the Consent Agenda. The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: a) Approval of Minutes - February 6, 1995 b) Recreation Fees Fund Amendment INCREASE Acct. #106-724-572.34,01 (Contractual Services - Class Programs) INCREASE Acct. #106-347,21.01 (Class Program Activity Fees) $10,000.00 $10,000.00 c) FY~l1~ Ah~n('p nfVi{'p M~ynr r::trl Rnhprro:nn _ nl1P to T11nPQ~ Mr, Schluckebier stated the Community Development Department requested a clarification as to the specific action taken by the Commission in regard to Ordinance 94-810 on February 6, 1995. Mr. Mcln10sh stated that the recommendation that he made to the Commission on February 6, 1995 regarding Ordinance 94-810 did not accomplish the desired outcome of the Community Development Department, because P A#2 was removed in its entirety, subject 10 his preparation of a moratorium regarding the specific areas described in P A#2, and the intent was 10 only remove the map attachment of P A#2. The following clarification motion was made to be included in the February 6, 1995 minutes: MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mr. Sheppard seconded, and motion carried unanimously to conrU'm, ratify and approve the adoption of Ordinance 94-810 subject to the removal of the map amendment attached to P A/f2 which was attached to Ordinance 94-810 as Exhibit A; the remainder of PA#2 shall remain unchanged and is attached as Exhibit A. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mr. Sheppard seconded, and motion carried unanimously to approve the Consent Agenda as modified.
