<br />CITY COMMISSION <br />February 10, 1995 <br />Pagel <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 95-819 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ARTICLE XIX, SECTION 4.19.2 <br />(V)(18) AND TABLE 4-19.6, FOOTNOTE 15, THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, ALLOWING PRIVATE STREETS AS THE PRINCIPAL MEANS OF <br />ACCESS TO INDIVIDUALLY OWNED LOTS; PROVIDING FOR PURPOSE AND <br />INTENT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />The Notice of Public Hearing relative 10 Ordinance 95-819 was published in the Orlando Sentinel on February <br />12, 1995. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished 10 speak either for or against <br />Ordinance 95-819. No one carne forward. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Mr. Henson moved, Mr. McMullen seconded, and motion carried <br />unanimously to approve and adopt Ordinance 95-819, private street <br />development, on second and final reading. <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost closed the public hearing segment. <br /> <br />A IIDTRNCF. P A RTIC'TP A TION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any agenda <br />item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1) Tom Moschler, 211 NE Triplet Drive, requested an oppor1onity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (2) and (3), Lakes Water Craft Procedures Modifications. <br /> <br />2) Tony King, 171 NE Triplet Drive, requested an oppor1onity 10 address Regular Agenda <br />items (2) and (3), Lakes Water Craft Procedures Modifications. <br /> <br />3) Ruth Riebel, 648 Northshore Circle, requested an oppor1onity to address Regular Agenda <br />items (2) and (3), Lakes Water Craft Procedures Modifications. <br /> <br />4) Mary Kay Adessa, 181 NE Triplet Drive, requested an oppor1onity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (2) and (3), Lakes Water Craft Procedures Modifications. <br /> <br />5) Jan Murray, 1031 Crystal Bowl Circle, Chairperson of the Parks & Recreation Advisory <br />Board, requested an oppor1onity to address Regular Agenda items (2) and (3), Lakes Water <br />Craft Procedures Modifications. <br />
