(Resident $4 per year; Commercial $25 per year and non- <br />resident $25 per year. Commissioner Henson seconded. <br />Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Effective date of Ordinance 95-820 will be June 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Ordinance 95-821 <br />Seminola BoulevardlWinter Park Drive Rezoning Moratorium <br /> <br />MOTION: Commissioner Henson moved to read Ordinance 95-821 <br />by title only. Commission McMullen seconded. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 95-821 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />IMPOSING A 270 DAY MORATORIUM ON THE REZONING OF <br />ANY REAL PROPERTY SOUTH OF AND CONTIGUOUS TO <br />SEMINOLA BOULEVARD FROM LAKE DRIVE TO WINTER <br />PARK DRIVE; IDENTIFYING DECLARED MUNICIPAL INTEREST; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE <br />DATE." <br />
