The County wishes to know whether the City
approves or reject the concept of upgraded County roadway projects, which would
include additional expense for the upgrades as a part of the one cent sales tax provided
roadway program. Although the City was not a party to the original Sales Tax or Local
Option Gas Tax agreements, the County nevertheless desires input from all Seminole
County cities on further expenditures and design parameters for County roadway projects,
particularly those located inside city limits.
