City Commission March 20, 1995 Page 10 MOTION: Commissioner Henson moved to approve Resolution 95-891, Environmental Services Contract - South Embryl Mockingbird Lane Retrofit and Wetland Enhancement Project, as presented. Seconded by Commissioner Robertson. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. Continuation of Environmental Services Contract Lake Water Ouality Monitorin~ The Stormwater Engineer, Mr. Torres, presented a proposal prepared by the City's environmental consultant, Environmental Consulting Group, Inc., for the continuation of the water quality sampling until the end of fiscal year 1995. Services to be performed include quarterly sampling for twelve selected lakes in the City and preparation of quarterly reports outlining any significant findings or fluctuations in the parameters sampled. The contract amount is for $12,500, which covers three quarters, and is budgeted in fiscal year 1995. Staffrecommeded approval. In response to concern expressed by Commissioner Sheppard regarding suggested remedies to be included in quarterly reports, paragraph 2, Line 1 under Section 2 was amended as follows: rChanfles in italics and underlined) "Sampling, revortinf{ and sugflested remedies will be conducted and communicated quarterly beginning in March 1995.
