No one came forward. <br /> <br />Commissioner Crocker stated that Ordinance 698 did not disclose who would appoint the board <br />members. <br /> <br />Mr. McIntosh suggested changing subparagraph C to ,"Those Casselberry residents eligible for <br />membership shall apply to the City Clerk's office and shall be appointed by the City Commission <br />of the City of Casselberry." The Commission concurred. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Crocker moved, Mr. Robertson seconded, <br />and motion carried unanimously to approve and <br />adopt Ordinance 698,subject to the amendment <br />of subparagraph C to read as follows: "Those <br />Casselberry residents eligible for membership <br />shall apply to the City Clerk's office and shall be <br />appointed by the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry. Eligibility guidelines shall <br />include..."; on second and final reading. <br /> <br />SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE 700 - <br />AMENDING CODE SECTION 97. K (CONTINUED FROM JUNE 3. 1991) <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimonsly to read the Notice of <br />Public Hearing relative to Ordinance 700. <br /> <br />The Acting City Clerk read the Notice of Public Hearing as follows: <br /> <br />"Notice is hereby given by the City of Casselberry, Florida, that the City <br />Commission will hold a public hearing to consider enactment of Ordinance 700. <br />This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 166, Florida Statutes, <br />and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida as amended <br />and supplemented. Said Ordinance will be considered on first reading on <br />Monday, May 20, 1991, and the City Commission will consider same for final <br />passage and adoption after the public hearing which will be held in the City Hall <br />of Casselberry, Florida, on Monday, June 3, 1991 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as possible. At the meeting interested parties may appear and be heard <br />with respect to the proposed ordinance.
