<br />CITY COMMISSION <br />June 17, 1991 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />The Acting City Clerk read Ordinance 701 by title as follows: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING SECTION 50.24, SCHEDULE OF DEPOSIT FEES PER SEWER <br />UNIT, AND SECTION 51.04, SCHEDULE OF WATER METER DEPOSITS; <br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Chairman Schutte asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak either for or <br />against Ordinance 701. No one came forward. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed and concurred with the Administration and Staff that enactment of <br />Ordinance 701 would result in the City not treating all customers in a similar fashion. <br /> <br />Mr. Segreto suggested tabling Ordinance 701 and bring back the ordinance that dealt with the <br />deposit requirement itself. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mr. Robertson seconded, <br />and motion carried unanimonsly to table <br />Ordinance 701 until returned by the Acting <br />Public Works Director. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved, Mrs. Miller seconded, and <br />motion carried unanimously to close the Public <br />Hearings. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />a) Approval of Financial Statements - April 1991 <br /> <br />b) Ratification of Bills (General Fund) - May 1991 <br />GRAND TOTAL = $875,728.32 <br /> <br />c) Transfer of Funds - (Leisure Services/Senior Center) <br />INCREASE Acct. #107-722-579/56.00 $154 <br />(Minor Equipment) <br />DECREASE Acct. #107-722-579/64.01 $54 <br />(Steel Chairs) <br />
