<br />Coast Guarde <br /> <br />(2) A person operating a personal <br />equipped by the manufacturer with a lanyard <br />cutoff switch must attach such lanyard to <br />clothing, or personal flotation device as is <br />for the specific vessel. <br /> <br />watercraft <br />type engine <br />his person, <br />appropriate <br /> <br />(3) A person may not operate a personal watercraft <br />at anytime between the hours from sunset to sunrisee <br /> <br />(4)(a) A personal watercraft must at all times be <br />operated in a reasonable and prudent mannere Maneuvers <br />which unreasonably or unnecessarily endanger life, limb, <br />or property, including, but not limited to, weaving <br />through congested vessel traffic, jumping the wake of <br />another vessel unreasonably or unnecessarily close to <br />such other vessel or when visibility around such other <br />vessel is obstructed, and swerving at the last possible <br />moment to avoid collision shall constitute reckless <br />operation of a vessele <br /> <br />(b) The temporary or permanent installation of <br />flotation devices within the waters of the City of <br />Casselberry shall be prohibited unless specifically <br />authorized to identify surface and subsurface hazards. <br /> <br />(5) The exhaust <br />operated on the waters <br />be effectively muffled <br />used as to muffle the <br />reasonable mannere <br /> <br />of every personal watercraft <br />of the City of Casselberry shall <br />by equipment so constructed and <br />noise of the exhaust in a <br /> <br />(6) Any person who <br />subsections (1) through <br />provided in S 97.99. <br /> <br />violates <br />(6) above <br /> <br />any <br />shall <br /> <br />provisions <br />be punished <br /> <br />of <br />as <br /> <br />SECTION IV.
