<br />construction of the Project, or (ii) the closing date GRANTOR conveys via Fee Simple ownership to
<br />GRANTEE a Warranty Deed for said Masonic Lodge Parcel, Exhibit A, to complete the actual
<br />construction activities contemplated by the Project.
<br />5, RESERVATION, GRANTOR hereby reserves and retains all property rights in and to the
<br />License Area, including the right to use the License Area for any purpose whatsoever so long as such use
<br />does not unreasonably interfere with GRANTEE's permitted License activities, Further, GRANTOR has
<br />the right to temporarily revoke or suspend this License if reasonably necessary to prevent any interruption
<br />or unreasonably interference with GRANTOR's operation of the Masonic Lodge,
<br />6, STANDARD OF CARE/SURRENDER, GRANTEE shall complete the activities permitted
<br />under this License at GRANTEE's sole cost and expense and shall perform such work in a good and
<br />workmanlike manner.
<br />7, USE OF LICENSE AREA, This License is granted to GRANTEE only for the purpose
<br />stated above, GRANTEE shall not be entitled to use the License Area or any part thereof for any other
<br />purposes or for any other reasons. In connection with the use of the License Area, GRANTEE agrees to
<br />each of the following terms and conditions:
<br />a. GRANTEE, its officers, employees, agents, general contractor and the general
<br />contractor's subcontractors, materiaimen and suppliers shall, at all times, keep the License Area
<br />free from any and all debris and trash.
<br />b, GRANTEE, its officers, employees, agents, general contractor and the general
<br />contractor's subcontractors, materialmen and suppliers will not use the License Area or any part
<br />thereof for, or cause the same to be used for, any use or purpose in violation of the laws of the
<br />United States of America or the laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of the State of
<br />Florida, the County of Seminole, or the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />c. GRANTEE, on behaif of its officers, employees, agents, general contractor and the
<br />general contractor's subcontractors, materialmen and suppliers represents and warrants they
<br />shall not, during the term of this License, bring to or upon, or cause to be brought to or upon, the
<br />License Area any hazardous wastes or substances as defined by federal and state law, except
<br />for immaterial quantities used in compliance with applicable law, and shall indemnify, defend and
<br />
