<br />be due the City. The customer shall be paid as required <br />by State law. If the user maintains a good and timely <br />payment record of his utility bills for a minimum period <br />of two years, the Public Works Director shall refund <br />the deposit. Users subsequently delinquent in the <br />payment of their utility bill shall be reassessed the <br />deposit required by Section 50.24(C)(1) through (3) plus <br />all delinquent charges. <br /> <br />(C) If a customer is presently being provided service <br />by the City, and after review of the previous 12 months' <br />payment records, said customer has not been delinquent, <br />the Public Works Director or the Customer Service <br />Supervisor may waive a required deposit to initiate <br />utility service at a new address on the utility system. <br />Customers subsequently delinquent in the payment of their <br />water bill shall be reassessed the deposit required by <br />Section 50.24(C)(1) through (3) plus all delinquent <br />charges. <br /> <br />(D) All deposits made under <br />Section shall be deposited in <br />Deposits Fund. Such funds <br />interest-bearing account separate <br />the City. <br /> <br />the provisions of this <br />the Customer's Meter <br />shall be kept in an <br />from all other funds of <br /> <br />(E) Customer meter deposits shall accrue interest <br />commencing on the first day following the month of <br />initial deposit.
