<br />Section l.B- Seminola Dog Track Redevelopment District (SB2) <br /> <br />The second small area study was the Seminola Dog Track Redevelopment District (SDTR - SB2). <br />This study had some foundation work provided by SB1. The study area was a blank slate. The former <br />"Seminole Greyhound Track" abandoned the 200 acre site due to Seminole County's plans to extend <br />Seminola Boulevard. east, through the dog track, to Lake Drive as a four lane connector. The community is planned to promote pedestrian <br />and bicycle mobility, to connect adjacent neighborhoods, to include public parks and facilities, to provide <br />educational opportunities and to afford residents the chance to know their neighbors and to care about their <br />community. The SDTR zoning district is not intended to accommodate manufacturing of goods, large <br /> <br />5 <br />
