<br />5. Survey. A boundary survey showing easements, encroachments and other <br />restrictions that could affect the City's proposed use. The survey shall be <br />certified to the Seller, Buyer (the City), the title company, the mortgagor (if <br />applicable) and the City's Attorney. <br /> <br />6. Land use Approval. Land use approval, if needed, should be obtained <br />before purchase, if possible. <br /> <br />7. Recordation.
