18. Duration. The duration of this Conceptual Plan Agreement shall be for a term of ten (10) years from the effective date of this Conceptual Plan Agreement. If development of the Property is not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Conceptual Plan Agreement, and the applicable laws of the State of Florida, Seminole County and the City of Casselberry, Florida, within ten (10) years from the effective date of this Conceptual Plan Agreement, then and in that event, the terms of this Conceptual Plan Agreement shall be null and void. 19.
