<br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-1649 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, ADOPTING MEETING AND AGENDA POLICIES <br />AND UPDATING RESOLUTION 94-822; REPEALING <br />RESOLUTION 94-822; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry desires to amend and <br />update the meeting and agenda policies previously adopted by Resolution 94-822 to reflect <br />changes in agenda preparation methods, audience participation, and other matters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to repeal Resolution 94-822 and substitute <br />it with this Resolution for clarity's sake. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the City Commission of the City of Casselberry hereby adopts the <br />City Commission Meeting and Agenda Policies attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a <br />part hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. That Resolution 94-822 and other resolutions in conflict are <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Effective Date.
