CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 10, 2004 - Regular Meeting <br />Page 9 of 17 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote of the City Commission: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Doerncr - Yes; Commissioner Cook - Yes; Commissioner Hart - Yes; Vice Mayor <br /> Clark - Yes; Mayor Pronovost - Yes. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Date: The next public hearing for Ordinance 04-1131 is scheduled for Monday, May 24, <br />2004, <br /> <br />AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION <br /> <br />Mayor Pronovost asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to request participation on any <br />agenda item, or address the Commission on any other matter. The following individuals came forward: <br /> <br />1 ) John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, requested an opportunity to address Regular <br />Agenda items (1), Special Invoice and Minor Contracts/Amendments Authorization Report, <br />(2) Discussion of Ordinance 04-1126, and (6), Resolution 04-1495. Mr. Casselberry <br />inquired if the City had completed the pumhase of land across the street from City Hall with <br />Casselberry Investment Properties (CIP). Mrs. Reischmann stated it has come to her <br />attention that there is a court order prohibiting Mr. Casselberry from discussing any business <br />relating to CIP, and she advised the City Commission not to entertain those discussions with <br />Mr. Casselberry. Mayor Pronovost asked Mr. Casselberryto refrain from discussing matters <br />pertaining to CIP. <br /> <br />2) Phyllis Shepherd, 580 South Triplet Lake Drive, thanked the City Commission for the <br />recent Board Appreciation Dinner. Ms. Sheppard commended Mr. Bobbie LaChance for <br />his dedication and work on the Summerset neighborhood improvements grant project. <br /> <br />No one else came forward. Mayor Pronovost closed Audience Participation. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were presented for approval on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Minutes of April 12, 2004 <br /> <br />Seminole County Substance Abuse Grant Application <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark moved to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Doerner. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote. <br /> <br /> <br />
