CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a regular meeting on Monday, April 28, 2014 at 4:00 <br />p.m., Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner — Seat No. 3 <br />Gene Fry, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Catherine D. MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 4:05 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Mayor Glancy gave the invocation, reading an excerpt from A Prayer for Government written by Archbishop <br />John Carroll on November 10, 179 1. She announced that the National Day of Prayer which was established <br />by the United States Congress would fall this year on Thursday, May 1, 2014. She advised that locally there <br />would be a Prayer Breakfast on that date hosted by Community United Methodist Church in Casselberry <br />beginning at 7:30 a.m. <br />Mayor Glancy then asked for a moment of remembrance for Lake Mary Commissioner Allan Plank who had <br />recently passed away, and offered a brief prayer for the peace and comfort of his family. <br />
