ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of April 14, 2014 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 14, 2014 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Mayor's Proclamation: "Children's Mental Health Awareness Month" <br />Mayor Glancy, read into the record and presented a proclamation to representatives of The Children's Cabinet <br />of Seminole County proclaiming the month of May 2014 as Children's Mental Health Awareness Month in <br />the City of Casselberry. The Children's Cabinet representatives then presented the Commission with green <br />Children's Mental Health Matters ribbons and invitations to "Hear our Voices", a film documenting the <br />inspiring stories of nine children and young adults who are fighting to overcome their mental health issues. <br />The film will be presented on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Wayne Densch Perfonning Arts Center <br />in Sanford. <br />B. Presentation: Insurance Service Office, Inc. Survey Results <br />Fire Chief Don Harkins, presented details and results of the recent survey of the City's fire suppression <br />delivery system conducted and prepared by Insurance Service Office, Inc. (ISO), which resulted in the City's <br />Fire Department receiving an ISO rating of 2 (on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the highest). <br />7. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A.
