RESOLUTION 20-3144
<br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
<br />JACELYS PLACE FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING FOR
<br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE
<br />WHEREAS, an application for the Jacelys Place Final Plat (Final Plat) was submitted to
<br />the City of Casselberry that includes one (1) lot with parcel identification number 08-21-30-508-
<br />0100-0040. The subject property is generally located along Slumber Lane, in Casselberry,
<br />Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by Seminole
<br />County Addressing, City Planning staff, City Engineer, City Attorney, and the contract surveyor
<br />for the City of Casselberry; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the
<br />Final Plat on December 11, 2019, and approved with conditions a favorable recommendation to
<br />the City Commission; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and accepted the information provided by
<br />staff and the City's consultants on January 13, 2020.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11(D) of the Unified Land Development
<br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the Jacelys Place Final Plat as filed with the City,
<br />attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following:
<br />That part of Lot 4, Block I, Casselberry Heights, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
<br />Book 9, Page 37, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, described as follows:
<br />Begin at the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block I, Casselberry Heights, according to the plat thereof
<br />recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, thence run
<br />north 89°38'55" east, along the south right-of-way line of Slumber Lane, 222.80 feet, to the
<br />intersection of said south right-of-way line and the east right-of-way line of Slumber Lane, also
<br />being a point on the west line of Lot 3, Block I; thence departing said south line, run south
<br />01'27'42" east, along said west line, 100.00 feet, to the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block I;
