The City Commission affirms that the applicant has met the remaining <br />conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 11, <br />2019, as listed below: <br />1. The City Surveyor, City Engineer, Community Development Director, City Clerk, <br />and City Mayor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the Final Plat. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5.
