III <br />�.r . <br />111111 5 <br />r <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a workshop on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., <br />Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor /Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor /Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner - Seat No. 3 <br />Jon Miller, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, Interim City Manager <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk <br />Rebecca Bowman, Interim Finance Director <br />Andy Brooks, Human Resources Manager <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Bill McNeil, Police Chief <br />Mayor Glancy called the workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:12 p.m. <br />1 y <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Vice Mayor Hufford. <br />The City Clerk announced for the record that Vice Mayor Hufford was en route to the meeting. <br />Vice Mayor Hufford arrived at the meeting at 6:17 p.m. <br />Interim City Manager Randy Newlon gave a brief overview of the purpose for the workshop, explaining that <br />Human Resources Manager Andy Brooks would be leading the Commission through a discussion in order to <br />determine the Commission's collective vision for the qualities expected in a permanent City Manager. <br />Mr. Brooks called the Commission's attention to the questionnaire contained in the meeting packet, stating that <br />they would be going through each of the criteria one at a time.
