CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a meeting Monday, March 22, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: Bruce Pronovost, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat A1 Clark, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat g4 Linda Hart, Conunissioner - Seat #3 Kathy Cook, Commissioner - Seat #2 Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat #1 STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Frank W. Clifton, Jr., City Manager Thelma McPherson, City Clerk Catherine Reischmann, City Attorney Donna Gardner, Staff Assistant to City Commission & City Clerk Jeffrey Dreier, Finance Director Mitch Floyd, Fire Chief Matthew Fortini, Parks & Recreation Director John Pavlis, Police Chief Tony Segreto, Public Works Director Susan Vernon-Devlin, Community Relations Coordinator Cristina Vivo, Personnel Director Richard Wells, Community Development Director Mayor Pronovost called the Regular meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Vice Mayor Clark led the invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance. Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. PRESENTATION Mr. Steve Miller, Executive Director of the South Seminole North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority, along with Mr. Steve Bailey and Mr. Lowry Rockett, P.E., consulting engineers to the Authority, gave a presentation of the Authority's Capital Improvements and Financing Plans. A copy of the Briefing Report is attached to and made a part of these minutes. Mr. Clifton requested the City Commission provide direction as to how the City's representative to the SSNOCWTA Board should vote on the matter. The City's representative is Gerald Chancellor, Water Resoumes Operations Manager and Commissioner Cook is the designated alternate representative.
