Diane Sharp, I South Winter Park Drive, Casselberry, Florida, spoke in opposition to any ordinance <br />that would require mandatory paving to their driveway. She said the cost for this type of requirement <br />is cost prohibitive and unfair to the citizens of the City. <br /> <br />Barry Dangler, 401 Kentia Road, Casselberry, Florida, spoke in opposition to the tentative ordinance <br />regarding paving of driveways. He also stated that he filed a police report against Commissioner <br />Susan Doerner for taking personal property off his property and he was in the process of filing a <br />Federal Lawsuit regarding the matter. <br /> <br />. John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, requested the Commission reconsider <br />it actions of October 9,2006 regarding purchasing of property from Hibbard Casselberry Trust and <br />Casselberry Investment Properties, Ltd. He has filed opposition to transactions with the Courts in <br />Seminole County. <br /> <br />. Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, Casselberry, Florida, spoke in opposition to the tentative parking and <br />paving ordinances and cautioned the Commission to make sure before adopting any regulations that <br />you have done the property research and Impact Studies to determine the impact on the Community <br />and the citizens. <br /> <br />. Hal Billerbeck, 53 I Sundown Trail, Casselberry, Florida, stated that in 2002 the City was in the <br />process of trying to take over the Electric Utility from Progress Energy. One of the proponents of <br />this measure was the political group "Ax the Tax" and Doug Guetzloe. Since Mr. Guetzloe is being <br />charged with extortion and fraud, he asked that the Comm ission look into the issue request that each <br />Commissioner divulge any connection with or contributions they received from "Ax the Tax" or <br />Progress Energy. By consensus of the Commission, no investigation was to be initiated at this time. <br /> <br />8. Consent Al!enda <br /> <br />Mayor Goff requested the City Attorney respond to a request that was made by Commissioner Hufford at <br />the October 9,2006 Meeting for a investigation into his conduct regarding comments made during the six <br />o'clock broadcast on the Channel 9 News. City Attorney Reischmann stated that she viewed the broadcast <br />and the Mayor made only two comments and they did not violate any code or charter provisions and no <br />further investigation was required. <br /> <br />A.
