Presentations/Commendations - None <br /> <br />7. Citizens' Comments - The Mayor stated that persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry <br />on any matter not on the Agenda may do so at this time. Please raise your hand to be recognized, give your <br />name and address to speak on any matter. All comments are to be directed to the Mayor and City <br />Commission. If you wish to be heard during Public Hearings, you will be recognized at that time. <br /> <br />The following individuals came forward to address the Commission: <br /> <br />Donald Prindle, 49 North Winter Park Drive, Casselberry, Florida, spoke in opposition to the <br />tentative regulations regarding driveways and he did not need more governmenttelling him how he <br />should maintain his property or what he has to do or cannot do with his own property. <br />
