Roll Call <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />V. Annroval of Al!enda <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Susan Doerner for Approval of the April 11, 2005 <br />Agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Linda Hart and carried <br />unanimously by voice vote. (5 - 0) <br /> <br />VI. Presentations <br /> <br />Ouarterlv Emplovee Recol!nition Awards <br /> <br />Individual Excellence A ward. The Individual Excellence A ward went to Karen Gilbert, Criminal Justice <br />Planning Coordinator, Police Department. Ms. Gilbert will receive a $100 gift certificate. Chief John Pavlis <br />accepted the award on behalf of Ms. Gilbert. <br /> <br />Group Excellence Award. Mayor Goff presented the Group Excellence Award to the Distribution & <br />Collection Division, Public Works Department. Each member of the group received a $35.00 gift certificate. <br />The awards and certificates were accepted by David Lankford, Superintendent of Distribution and Collection, <br />Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Proclamations <br /> <br />Neurofibromatosis (FN) Awareness Month. Mayor Goffissued a Proclamation naming the month of May <br />2005 as "Neurofibromatosis (NF) Awareness Month". <br /> <br />National Volunteer Week. Mayor Goff issued a Proclamation that proclaimed the week of April 17 - 23, <br />2005 as National Volunteer Week. <br /> <br />Water Conservation Month. Mayor Goff issued a Proclamation naming the month of April 2005 as <br />"Water Conservation Month". <br /> <br />VII. Consent Al!enda <br /> <br />Approval of Budl!et Calendar for Fiscal Year 2005/2006 <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford for approval of the Consent <br />Agenda. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Doerner and <br />carried unanimously by voice vote. (5 - 0). <br />
